It will be 35 USD a month for the data feed plus 4 USD a month for the exchange fee. We have no contact email for the CME about this. If you do contact the CME they may provide you the paperwork to get a waiver for the fees until 2015 because you already have an existing trade account before March 1. But if you want us to take advantage of that, then we would charge a 150 USD administrative fee for the paperwork to process all of that. The point it is not worth it.
