Getting Delayed Data even though CQG and Denali are up-to date

Sorry for all the posts but I'm having a data issue this morning. I called my broker and gave them access to my computer and they're pretty stumped as well. They requested I check with you.

My CQG is working fine on my end they were able to check that. My Denali data is paid for and expiring on the 11th. My Data shows connected as well.

Here are the messages I'm getting as well as some photos. Any idea why I'm getting delayed data?

The exchange you have selected for the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew due to insufficient funds. To reactivate the exchange, add enough funds to your account and then go to the Recurring Services page (you can select the following link), scroll down to the bottom of that page and select the button for Reactivate Exchange:

Hello John,

Firstly thank-you so much for the quick and prompt response. I got it fixed. I'll let my broker know as they have a few clients that use Sierra Charts as well and they weren't able to figure out the issue.
