Hi SC team, I am using live CQG connection for CME realtime/historical data but I CANNOT LOAD DATA FOR EUREX FUTURES (BUND, BOBL, FESX ETC...)- PLEASE COULD YOU KINDLY HELP! Thank you, Regards, B Murtuza |

In order to get the EUREX data from a source other than Sierra Chart, you need to be on Package 10, 11, or 12. We have temporarily (30 days) set your account to evaluate Package 12, therefore, as long as you are setup to get the data from CQG, you will be able to get it into Sierra Chart. At the end of the current 30 day period, you will need to change your package to Package 11 to continue to get the EUREX data (Package 11 is the equivalent of Package 5, which is your current package).

The difference is $10 per month. Package 11 is $46.00 per month and Package 5 (your current package) is $36.00 per month. Note that you can reduce this by 10% or 20% by purchasing 3 months or 6 months (respectively) up front.
