In order to get the EUREX data from a source other than Sierra Chart, you need to be on Package 10, 11, or 12. We have temporarily (30 days) set your account to evaluate Package 12, therefore, as long as you are setup to get the data from CQG, you will be able to get it into Sierra Chart. At the end of the current 30 day period, you will need to change your package to Package 11 to continue to get the EUREX data (Package 11 is the equivalent of Package 5, which is your current package).
