Hi,

Could you confirm pls that Direct Futures Order Routing Service using ADVANTAGE FUTURES is functional?

Today I received the following communication from ADVANTAGE FUTURES team:

"Your account only needs one more step. That is: please confirm you will use Sierra Charts via TT, as Sierra Charts does not currently have a direct connection to the CME through Advantage."

Yes Advantage is currently supported through the broker Stage 5.

If your account is directly with Advantage, then sometime in November, you can use the Sierra Chart direct order routing service. Currently though this is only through the broker Stage 5 who clears through Advantage.

Thank you for the answer.

I have my account directly with Advantage. Where I would have to check to know that the service is ready for users like me with an account directly with Advance? Any Post where this kind of announces would be published or something like that?

I want to know as soon as you are done so I can move forward using my Advantage account with your service ;)

You have not connected to your trading account yet to verify it for the CME Group. We are assuming that you are setup with the Teton Order Routing Service with Advantage. Therefore, you need to go through the instructions starting at Step #6 at the following link:

You can view the status of your verification for the CME Group at the following link to ensure that it has updated and that you should be getting real-time data:

Update Sierra Chart to the latest release. Instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Clearing Firm to "Advantage". You will see two of them listed that contain Advantage. It is the last one that says only "Advantage".



Let us know if you still cannot connect, then we will call to help you or we may need to check with Advantage to make sure they shared the account with your Sierra Chart username.
