Update Sierra Chart to the latest release. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Clearing Firm to "Advantage". You will see two of them listed that contain Advantage. It is the last one that says only "Advantage". Let us know if you still cannot connect, then we will call to help you or we may need to check with Advantage to make sure they shared the account with your Sierra Chart username.
