Using Sierra Charts with CQG and AMP Brooker I have package 5 selected thought SC Took some time off and before I left, everything was working fine. Now, I can log in just fin but, SC is not getting intraday trading data and when I log into CQG, it will only let me see daily data, what has changed? I've also reached out to CQG.. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. The problem you are having is that your Denali Exchange Data Feed exchange(s) are not active. They did not renew back on September 1, 2021 due to a low balance.
