Info on Denali feed and Sierra Chart Direct Futures order routing service

Hi, I would like to start using Sierra Chart Standard Package with Denali feed, beginning November. I have a funded Account and would trade Micro Nasdaq futures. My broker has the Sierra chart platform but I don't see any info about the Denali feed. Do all brokers that carry Sierra Chart offer the Denali feed? I would like to use Sierra Chart Direct Futures order routing service as well. Please let me know. Thank you. |

My broker has the Sierra chart platform
We no longer allow brokers to handle Sierra Chart for their clients. So they should only be noting that they offer support for Sierra Chart by using one of the order routing services that we support. You will need to pay for your Sierra Chart and any data directly to us. Thank you for the fast response. My broker is Discount Trading in Indiana. What I understand is that I can use the Sierra Chart WITH Denali Exchange Data Feed and have them as a broker BUT the payment fort Sierra Chart standard package and Denali feed goes through SIERRA CHART, right? |

You understand correctly. When you go to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed, be sure you go through all of the setup instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you are wanting data for EUREX or CFE, those instructions are on the same page as the above, just scroll up to the top of the page and you will see the links to the other two Setup Instructions. Discount Trading's Clearing Firm is Iron Beam. I don't see either of them on that list that offer the Sierra Chart Direct Futures Order Routing Service. Do you think that they would do the necessary set up?? I believe the alternative would be CQG? |

They do not have the Sierra Chart Direct Order Routing service yet. There is a bit of a process to get this working for any particular company. We do not know when, or if, they will be using our order routing. The alternative is most likely CQG, but it could be Rithmic. You would need to ask Discount Trading. Thank you very much for all your answers. The last question is for Standard Sierra Chart + Denali Feed (package 10) I am confused about the pricing; under pricing it says it is $36.00 per month but under the setup instructions it says $46.00 per month. Which is it?? |

The correct pricing is the one that is on the Activate Services page (Package 10 is $36.00 per month when paid monthly), where you actually select the specific package you want. That will always be the correct pricing. We think you were looking at an image from before we made some pricing changes. It's hard to keep up with all the changes, so things like that may show occasionally.
