Hi,

I now have a funded futures account and have just paid for the CME top of book, as well as signed all the documents - my control panel shows green ticks for every item. I'm still not getting live data for the CME though - still delayed as before.

I'm using NQZ21-CME

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:
