I keep having my orders rejected with the error saying "invalid account." I have contacted my broker and clearing firm and they tell me everything is correct on my end and theirs in order for me to execute trades through Sierra Charts. I am on the Gain feed. They have instructed me to post here to find a resolution.

I believe the issue may be with the account number. From what my broker tells me the letters need to be capitalized.

This change would be made in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

Press OK and then reconnect to the data feed:
