We are going to charge more for our time, and we just do not have time to help with general setup issues. We have responded to your Countdown Timer issue, and we will work with you to a conclusion on that, since it is an incorrect functioning. But the other items are not something we can spend time on.

We have partnered with Diana for exactly this kind of situation. She was out last week, but she should be available this week.

Diana response is: Im busy now will call you in a few hours.... Is that what you partnered with Diana for? Idont know where myself I'll be in a few hours either!and I cant spend my day waiting or chasing Diana. Meanwhile Im down $60 for that. Thank you very much for your help

I saw a note on my iphone that you contacted me asking best time to call tomorrow 10/26 and my response is as follows;

Talked to customer. The problem was that the chart was a Range Chart set to countdown in time. The customer does not know how it changed to a Range chart, so we changed it back to a 1 minute chart and that solved the problem.
