Apologies if I have submitted this request twice but I am unable to view my original query sent to you.

I realised I had set up a Sierra account in 2009 but never took advantage of the free 14 day trial you offered.

Would it be possible if you could offer me another 14 day trial?.

We have reset your Sierra Chart charting and trading software password. It has been sent in a separate e-mail to your e-mail address.

If you did not receive it, let us know. Your e-mail provider may have filtered the message and placed it in a junk mail folder.

If you continue to have a problem logging in, then let us know and provide us with the *exact* error message you see after pressing the Login button.

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
