ADAUSDT_PERP_BINANCE (but the problem is for all the crypto that I checked)
All charts are timeframe 30', time zone UTC, 00.00-23.59 session times

There are big differnces in volume downloading data with 1 second e 1 minute intraday data storage time unit, images come from two separate SC install.

The 1 second is similar to the chart from Binance and Volume values are similar.
Anyway the volume from the Volume study is very different from the volume field in the "tool value window", and bid ask sum differs from total volume.

I know that Binace feed is poor but and you hate them but really I don't understand this big difference in volume for 1 minute and 1 second storage time unit.

I prefer to have 1 minute resolution data to speed up loading e calculation but volume is bad.
Is this something that you can fix?

TY

Ok, found the solution for one problem

Changed Volume Value Format (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 menu) to 0.0001
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html&CAID=default#VolumeValueFormat
Now volume study and volume field in the data window match.

Anyway I haven't found a solution to solve the main problem, compressed 1 minute and 1 second volume data are very different

Well, I expected such a response.

However, the problem in this case is not with the Binance data but how them are processed, because by directly downloading the 1 minute data from your server or by locally compressing the 1 second data downloaded from your server to transform them into 1 minute data you get the same results, so there is something in your compression algorithm that in this case is not working as it should.

And I'm not talking about volumes displayed by Volume bY Price or Number Bars studies which obviously change with 2 different resolutions, but the classic volumes under each candle should not change.

If you do not intend to investigate further I advise you to warn users at least by writing in the link you provided that the volumes correspond to the real ones (about ...) only if they are downloaded with Intraday Data Storage Time Unit= 1 second and do not compress them locally afterwards with the Intraday Data File Management

We are not going to put any further information. We are not going to waste our time with this nonsense crypto currency data. We are not going to litter our documentation with all kinds of nonsense about this garbage data to begin with.

This whole thing is a monumental waste of our time. If anything we should just withdraw volume data altogether. It is just not accurate, with this kind of fractional volume data.

Do not post further about Binance data. Take it or leave it.
