Windows 8 Compatability?

I see that your documentation says SC is Windows 8 compatible but has stability issues. Do you still recommend avoiding it? I am upgrading my computer and would like to move to the latest Windows software, specifically Windows 8.1 Pro. Thanks

Personally, we think Windows 8 will bring the downfall of Microsoft dominance in the desktop operating system market. They have made a gigantic mistake with it, and they have offended a major portion of the user base. I do not have kind words for Microsoft. And we are to be working hard this year to move Sierra Chart on to other operating systems. Windows is no longer considered trustworthy or stable. Also, there can be no doubt the NSA has a backdoor into every user's computer system through windows.
