Does your platform require Sierra Charts Service Package 5 or will just 3 do?

great...got it ...thanks.
I think 3 would do .....as this currently calculates delta divergence and bid ask

Not really sure how this differs from a delta divergence signal? Price makes new high, sellers arrive, delta fires off based on increased ask volume - giving a sell entry signal. How does HFF offer any meaningful difference to this?
Am I missing something?

Have you explored it and watched it over some time period? You are missing a lot if you haven't, we are not offering a 'delta divergence' software-anyone can do that in almost any trading platform at no charge.

Regarding the data feed required to run this:
It works on anything that gives you level1 quote/trade data (best bid/ask sizes+trades) and has market depth. If that package provides it, then it is sufficient.
If it only provides Level1 data (no market depth), then you would still be able to use the software, however, algorithmic volume wouldn’t show up as that one is dependent on also having market depth updates. Ideally, data feed used is pure and unfiltered tick-data.

Sierra support,
Please confirm which package is required to run this programme. I have package 3 and am using FXCM on GER30, US30 and USDYEN. I am very interested to see this programme in action however despite being connected to it via sierra as per the set up instructions none of the charts are loading or working.
Many thanks

Note:

most specific questions related to Hidden Force Flux should be addressed to HFF support, which can be located on our website: www.hiddenforceflux.com.

Sierra cannot answer any of these questions, they were very nice to allow us to introduce ourselves via this forum.
We can of course answer these question here, but then this thread would quickly become troubleshooting thread for individuals that can just email our support instead. We appreciate your understanding.

If you have a very general question, you can still ask us via email to our support and we will supply a general note here to inform others of the answer if we find that useful.

Unless I am missing something, it is actually not available "for" sierra chart, but just using data pumping through Sierra, and being displayed on a separate chart? I wa hoping it would be displayed as a study, but it's does't seem to be?

You are right, should have titled it 'for Sierra Chart users', it is a standalone application that uses Sierra Chart (or other platforms) as source of data.

HFT reacts to large orders, it reacts to order flow. In other words, big orders have to show up first.

If you're watching order flow, you will see this in the delta and since HFT is too fast, there's really nothing there that you'll be able to react to.

Not sure how this helps the retail trader.

Interestingly, our algorithmic volume shows up quite frequently in low volume/low liquidity conditions when there are no big orders present (hidden or displayed). Feel free to discuss with us by emailing us using our website contact information.
