1 minute countdown timer stuck at zero and does not count down. 5minute counter works fine. deleting and reinstalling 1 minute timer does not help either. any suggestion?

We do not know if/how anything changed.

Which timer setting are you trying to change that is not changing? Or what is the specific problem you are having related to changing a value on the Countdown Timer?

On the 1 minute chart for the Countdown Timer, set the Input for Display Continuous Time Countdown Based on Real-Time Clock to No.

Let us know if that resolves your problem.

Go to your 1 minute chart and ensure that it is the active chart, then do the following:
- Select Analysis >> Studies
- Select the Countdown Timer study in the right-hand pane of the Studies window that just came up.
- Select the Settings button on that window.
- On the 4th Input from the top, which is named Display Continuous Time Countdown Based on Real-Time Clock ensure that the setting is set to No. If it is not already no, then select that line and change it to No at the bottom of the page.
- Select OK to close that window.

Let us know if this resolves your issue.

If the above does not resolve your issue, then try removing the study and adding it back on and ensure that the setting as noted above is set to No.

Please attach a chartbook that has a copy of that chart in it with just the Countdown Timer on it. Refer to the following instructions for how to attach a single chart:

- Select Chart >> Chart Settings.
- Change the Time Period per Bar to one of the Range chart options. The basic one is Range per Bar - Standard (in Ticks).
- After making that selection, you can then enter the number of ticks in the field just below the above.
- Select OK.

You're all done.

The documentation for this can be found here:
Chart Settings: Intraday Chart Bar Period >> Bar Period Type >> Range Per Bar - Standard (in ticks) (Chart >> Chart Settings menu)
