Hello, I`ve been SIM-Trading for some time, and as I switched to live yesterday, Sierra Chart automatically switched back to Sim as I entered a trade (in the Micro DAX).
I have an AMP Futures account. In "File" - "Data/Trade Service Settings" I marked "SC Data - all Services (data)".
Can you help me with that?

If your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services then you are not connected to your trading account, which is why you can not get out of Simulation mode.

You state that your account is with AMP, therefore you would be setup with either CQG or Rithmic for your order routing. You will need to follow the appropriate instructions based on which order routing service you are setup to use with AMP.

For CQG, you will follow these instructions:

thank you for your response.

I canceled CQG because I use Denali Data Feed. Doesn't that replace CQG or Rithmic? Still not sure how to enable Live trading.

Again, Denali is just a data feed.

Otherwise, you would still need to have an account with a broker that supports one of the trading services that we work with in order to place trades (such as AMP with CQG).
