If your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services then you are not connected to your trading account, which is why you can not get out of Simulation mode.

You state that your account is with AMP, therefore you would be setup with either CQG or Rithmic for your order routing. You will need to follow the appropriate instructions based on which order routing service you are setup to use with AMP.
