OEC Symbols - AGAIN!

Can somebody please make sure that we can trade ALL the futures available through OEC with SC. I am on this forum about once a week because yet an other symbol does not work.... This time, I am trying to trade the CAC40 April contract and I keep being told that the symbol (FCEJ4) is not valid and when I load a chart, I kind of see the chart, but it is not updating, once loaded... If I have to come to this forum again, because of symbols not working, I will leave SC for good. So many issues with OEC and SC, it is unbelievable. P.S. And the contract specs are clearly wrong too. I am not your beta-s/w tester. I am paying for this crappy s/w, so please make sure it can be used - with ALL symbols!!!!!! I have wasted many days of time because of this useless piece of s/w when used in combination with OEC. As I have stated previously. SC is not fit for purpose when used with OEC!!!!! Ah, and the VIX contract (VXJ4) is also showing as invalid.... W T F !!!!???? P.S. Thinking about it, just let me know, when you are done mapping ALL OEC futures symbols and I will come back then. We do not appreciate your comments. Sierra Chart is very well designed reliable software. These are all 100% OEC issues. You need to contact OEC about this. Your account is not authorized for these symbols. Kind of sounds like you might be using the simulation server which does not allow the symbols that you mention. We also verified that the symbol settings are correct for the OEC CAC 40 symbol. This includes the Value format and the Tick Size. These are the essential settings.
