This time, I am trying to trade the CAC40 April contract and I keep being told that the symbol (FCEJ4) is not valid and when I load a chart, I kind of see the chart, but it is not updating, once loaded... You will need to contact OEC about this. This is not a Sierra Chart issue. We do not appreciate your comments. Sierra Chart is very well designed reliable software. These are all 100% OEC issues. You need to contact OEC about this. Your account is not authorized for these symbols. Kind of sounds like you might be using the simulation server which does not allow the symbols that you mention.
