The CTV shows the Deg angle of Line/Parallel Ray/Linear Regression etc tools whilst these "lines" are being added or moved. It is possible to show the angle in the CTV if the line is simply selected (additionally to being moved)? Another quick question please. It would be useful at times to add text to line tools, but this only seems to be available to horizontal lines/rays which haven't been cut short. I'm sure there is good reason for this but it would very useful to add text more generally (and also the option to display the angle as text for line/ray tools). I would welcome you comments. Please, it would be very useful to add the feature of adding a text to Line Tool and Ray Tool (especially in horizontal position), not only in Horizontal Line Tool. Thank you

In the "What Is New" is wrote: 1109 Release Date: 2014-03-19 - Added the ability to set text to display on a Vertical Line chart drawing in the same way it is supported with Horizontal Lines. The text will be displayed after the Date and Time, if those are enabled. In this feature there is a bug. Do not work the adding a text by right-click with mouse pointer on a vertical line and select Modify Text on the displayed menu. Do not display the window for enter the text, even when the Date and Time are enabled.

In ver 1118, the following items have been added: * ability to add text to Line Chart Drawings * ability to add text to Chart Calculator Chart Drawings * Tool Value Window will show angle of a selected drawing At this time, the angle of a drawing can not be added to a Line Chart Drawing, but the Chart Calculator tool can be used for this purpose.

Great, thanks Al SC, that's looking good and very useful. I just wonder if you have any plans to add the text option to the other types of line drawing tool such as Linear Regression, Parallel line and Ray? Thanks again

Not at this time. For these tools, it is not obvious where the text would go as they extend or have multiple lines/levels.

Thanks. In particular I like to use the Linear regression tool on multiple time frames which can them be displayed on my working chart using the "Copy chart drawing from chart #s.." This works well, but it would be good to be able to label the regression channel on each time frame as apprpriate. For me the ideal would be to be able to select the desired level to add text to (not more than two items of text for each regression), I appreciate that this may well be a unique requirement and far from your priority list.
