On a new install of SC, I am not receiving Audio alerts. On another computer and another install, audio alerts work OK. same data feed etc on both machines.

Are the alerts working properly apart from just not getting the audible information? If this is the case, then refer to the information at the following link:
General Settings Window: Troubleshooting for Alert Sounds That Do Not Play

If the alerts are not working at all, then that is a different issue, in which you will need to look into what is occurring with the alerts and if there was some change.

OK for some strange reason, study audio alerts are now working. On the alert summary, however the referenced time shown is + 5 hours from the actual time of the alert.
I trade off of the DOM and I have alerts set up for order filled, order flattened. stop order etc. These trading audio alerts are not working. they are working on my other computer however. somehow the DOM trade action is not triggering the alert. I am trying to figure out why they are working on the one computer and not the other.

Which time is showing as +5 hours, the time of the Bar at which the alert is occurring (as shown in the "Alert Text" column) or the Date/Time of the Alert (as shown in the DateTime column)?

We need to take things one step at a time.
- Go to Global Settings and verify that the item for Mute All Alert Sounds is not checked.
- Go to the chart for which the alerts are not working and select Trade >> General Trade Settings >> Notifications and note the alert number (or name) selected for the Play Alert for New Order item.
- Then go to Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts and select that Alert Number in the upper left hand corner.
- Check to ensure that an Alert Sound is set in the box just below the above. Note the name of the alert sound.
- Select the button for Test Sound just to the right of the sound setting. Verify if you hear a sound or not.

Let us know the results from each step.

I would like to have an alert for "order flattened", but this is not a item in the notifications table.
2. in the notifications screen the trade order box is checked no, but I still get the screen for each
order alert. How to turn the screen off.

1. You are correct, there is not an alert for "Order Flattened". We have marked this as a Feature Request.

2. Exactly what screen are you getting for the Order Alert? Can you take a screen capture of it and attach that to this thread?

Ok here is a screen shot.I get this screen for each order alert. I dont get it for any studies aleets.also on my other computer running SC I dont get the order alert screen

Did you get my screen shot. I did not use the
SC screen capture. I did not know how to use the SC screen capture. If you did not get the capture, I will have to research on how to do a capture using SC.

That is the Compact Alert Pop-Up. You would need to set the specific alert number(s) that you are using to NOT show this. Refer to the following setting:
General Settings Window: Add Alert to Compact Alert Popup Window (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts >> Additional Settings)
