We need some additional information on the exact setup you have and the values that you are seeing. A screenshot would also help us understand the particular issue.

when i split the periods, the volume at the very top and bottom is different than other people. For example, top of E period is 160, but all my colleagues have 48 on top of E.

Since what you are displaying is the Volume at the High and Low, those numbers are going to be affected by the TPO Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks. In the chart you sent, this is set to 1. Make sure the other people that you are comparing to have the same setting. Additionally, there are lots of other possibilities, including the Session Times and the VbP Calculation mode. If everything is the same now, then there is nothing else you need to look into. We were just pointing out a potential area for differences with regards to the Volume Bar Calculation Method, as differences in this setting would give different results for the high and low. You all have the same chartbook and the same data feed, but somehow you have different values displayed? If you get the chartbook from one of the other people and load it without making any changes, do you have the same issue?
