Since what you are displaying is the Volume at the High and Low, those numbers are going to be affected by the TPO Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks. In the chart you sent, this is set to 1. Make sure the other people that you are comparing to have the same setting. Additionally, there are lots of other possibilities, including the Session Times and the VbP Calculation mode.
