Hello, I stopped receiving data from symbol MES (Micro ES). All other micro contracts are working fine. IIts just this symbol thta stopped receiving data yesterday at 14:50:00 PM EST. The chart is stuck at this time interval. I have shut down and reloaded several times. Like I mentioned all other symbols are working fine. It seems that symbol MES is not getting realtime data. On the header of the chart it is showing the word "Delayed" This is the only symbol with an issue, all others are working realtime. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
