Hello! After some time off, I would like to get in front of my charts again...Before taking a break, I was feeding my SC platform with Rithmic Data Feed, through AMP Futures. I just paid my monthly subscription, I see a "green" box on the top left of my platform and have confirmed with other platforms that my feed is in deed "live." Do you no longer support Rithmic data feed? If not, why is there an option for credentials on the Data /Trade Service Settings? Also, can you please help me find a solution...I don't want to change platforms =0( Thank you in advance... |

First, make sure you are using the new Rithmic interface. The old connection with the Bridge files is no longer supported. You will find the instructions to connect using the new interface here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions And make sure your symbols are setup for the new connection, the symbols are different from the previous Rithmic connection. The easiest way to change them is to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. After that, you should be getting real-time data into your charts.
