First, make sure you are using the new Rithmic interface. The old connection with the Bridge files is no longer supported. You will find the instructions to connect using the new interface here:

And make sure your symbols are setup for the new connection, the symbols are different from the previous Rithmic connection. The easiest way to change them is to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

After that, you should be getting real-time data into your charts.
