Data not downloading into spreadsheet

Hi Sierra, I need help please. Trying to download a full year of historical data into a spreadsheet. I can't. I do the following: 1. open historical chart 2. make it show data since 2009 (more than I need, just in case) 3. delete all data and download (to re-download the data, just in case) 4. open spreadsheet study Problem: it is only showing data since 2014. Pls note the chart settings has 4380 days to display/load, and the data settings has 500 max historical days to download. I am using Sierra/FXCM's data feed for this. Please help. Thank you GK |

In the Study Settings window for the Spreadsheet study, you will see an input named Number of Rows. You need to increase this. Let us know if you need more help.
