Activated my old account and changed service package

I activated my old account and changed service package, payed it and downloaded Sierra charts, but the charts are in Free mode and I cant activate and change datafeed.

I tried "Forced loggin" but that didnt help...

You have two accounts with us. You activated the account named: Pe***********lk. But you tried to login with the account AC****93.

Make sure you are logging into your Sierra Chart software with the Pe***********lk account.
