Dear Support, On the below historical chart, the GEZ23-Z24 Eurodollar spread displays multiple strange open prices (zero as open price). This happens with the Historical chart only. I tried to delete and re-download data, but it did not help - this is also an issue for other users. Can you please check and advise, how this can be fixed? Thank you in advance. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1633589599376.png Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-10-07 07:17:17

It will take some time for us to look into the cause. We are aware of some inconsistencies between the servers with the historical daily data, in particular spread data. If you were to re-download the data in the chart, once or twice it would correct itself. For now just uncheck this option: Chart Settings: Allow Zero Values (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Perfect, thank you. Re-downloading did not help, but turning off the 'Allow Zero Values' option works like a charm.

I've just joined to evaluate Sierra and seeing the same behaviour on first spread I looked at CLH22-CLM22. I tried deleting and redownloading the data multiple times but although it fixed some issues it didn't address all of them, and sometimes issues would reappear. Turning off the Allow zero values does address it for the moment though. Is there any further update on the issue? Thanks

It is going to be a while before we can allocate time to this. We do not know when we can get to this.

Can you please let me know if adjustin the Allow Zero Values setting is programmatically accessible/possible using ACSIL? I mentioned in another thread that the settings always switches back to enabled mode after changing the symbol of a chart. Allow Zero Values switches autmatically back ON, when changing the chart symbol I already have couple helper studies to take care of (practically force) similar settings using a study. Creating one for this setting would be 100% OK of available. Thank you. |

It is not possible to access that setting through ACSIL. We are starting to analyze the problem and seeing how best to resolve. This issue is now resolved. However, we are doing further testing to completely confirm that it is. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
