How can I add all interruped data to the charts? Edit/Dowload data - Intraday charts doesn't work. There are no data on your server for period of interruption. Please upload it. |

Time zone - Moscow Time (GMT + 3). Session time - 2:00 - 1:59.. No data from 3:00 till 14:19 msk time on 6 Oct 2021. You wrote that this time you have problems with Barchart provider from ICE data stream. Certainly this period can’t download with function of delate and dowload intraday data from this point. |

We are having issues patching the missing historical data assuming it is even available from Barchart. Allow about one more day for us to get this resolved assuming the data is available.

The problem is our data provider Barchart is missing this data. We could recover the data from another source but this is a more involved procedure. And we do apologize for the delay. We also plan to discontinue offering ICE data directly through the SC Exchange Data Feed at the end of December 2021.
