Dear SC Support
I am not a subscriber to ICEUS and ICEEU real-time data but I always got a delayed data-feed. Since yesterday the symbols seem to not update anymore. Any explanation please?
Examples: CZ21-ICEEU or SBH22-ICEUS. I am running SC2315 version. Thanks.

We do observe an interruption with the ICE data feed, from 13:00 on 10-5 to 07:21 on 10-6 US Eastern time.

We have to ask our data provider why there was an interruption.

The ICE data feed is now working.

Thank you. The feed is working again. Is there a way to get the missing data as well so the bars can update correctly? thanks

How does one get deleyed ICE data? I am subscribed to delayed SIM and dont even have these exchanges selected.

What would EndOfDay or delayed ICE data costs?

Those exchanges are not available when using the Trading Evaluator. You would need to do one of two things.

1. Change your Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services and then you would be able to get the delayed ICE data. This would mean you would not be connected to the Trading Evaluator during these times.

Or

2. Install a second Sierra Chart that has the Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. This way you can keep each installation set to their each setting and not have to switch back and forth. This will also give you the delayed ICE data. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart

There are no additional charges for either option.

Dear John,

This is a topic that was discussed earlier, but would like to ask again (maybe something changed since then):

Can you please confirm that there is NO delayed data available for the ICE US and ICE EU futures?

As far as I know, the ICE US/EU data, included in the SC Data All Services (while not being subscribed to their realtime data), is snapshot data and these exchanges simply do not provide delayed data.

Thanks for your reply in advance.

Nothing has changed. There is not Delayed Streaming data for the ICE exchanges. But there is delayed (snapshot) data that will update at the interval you set and will be 10-20 minutes behind the real-time data.

We tend to use the terms "Delayed" and "Delayed Streaming" for the two different situations. Sorry if this is confusing.

Dear John

When you say ‘ data that will update at the interval you set’ where do I find that function please?
Thanks again

Is the Closing Price the settlement price of the exchange? What about the volume profile...its not accurate, right?

When your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services, then you have access to our historical data service. On that window, there is an option for Intraday Download Interval for Non-Real-Time Symbols.

That is where you set how often the charts will update. The minimum value is 20 minutes. The most recent data point will always be behind the actual market by some amount. The actual amount varies depending on the exchange, but is typically in the 10-15 minute range.

The Closing Price of a Daily Historical Chart is the Settlement price of the exchange. Refer to the following:
Differences With Data and Chart Bars Between Services / Connections / Chart Types: 43.6 - Differences Between Close Prices on Historical Daily Charts Compared to Intraday Charts

The Volume by Price is not going to be accurate on a Daily chart, if that is what you are asking. Refer to the following:
