Nothing has changed. There is not Delayed Streaming data for the ICE exchanges. But there is delayed (snapshot) data that will update at the interval you set and will be 10-20 minutes behind the real-time data. We tend to use the terms "Delayed" and "Delayed Streaming" for the two different situations. Sorry if this is confusing.
