Hello there I need help to have the CME data in my account now I have a positive balance of services but I don't understand the steps to follow to obtain a depth of market package with CME data Thanks |

Just follow the steps outlined at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* And when you activate the exchange(s) you want, make sure you select the ones that specify that they have Market Depth, otherwise, you will not get the market depth data.
