US Equities data delayed.

I asked for help earlier, but I wasn't specific. I've been having US equities data delayed since yesterday. I received a msg about a futures account, so I added my IB account yesterday, plus singed the agreements. I also added CME data this morning thinking this was the issue, but US equities still delayed. Please advise on what I need to do next. I'm lost at this point.

Thank you for your reply. I just checked and it hasn’t updated the data in over 30 min. The charts aren’t moving. I have to disconnect and reconnect to get it to refresh. And the refresh is still behind.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
