The window in the upper right hand corner of the screen that is green when SCharts is connected. Sometimes I lose the connection and the green stripe turns red. How do I turn on a audible alert when and if I lose the connection? Thanks, Paul

There is no audible alert available. However, we recommend enabling Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Reconnect on Failure.

In this way the connection will always be maintained.
