In version 2280 with old rithmic connection delayed historical data downloading. In version 2315 with sc data all services delayed data downloading. Why delayed data didn't downloading in version 2315 with new rithmic connection? I don't want to buy real-time Denali Exchange Data Feed. Allow support for sierra chart data feeds set to yes. Since December of 2020 we have not been supplying the historical data along with any third party data services. So what you are describing with version 2280 is not possible. When your Service is set to SC Data - All Services you will get the historical data along with the delayed streaming data. But when your Service is set to something else, like Rithmic, then unless you are specifically getting data from our real-time data feeds, then the expectation is that you are getting your data from the Service that you have set. In this case, Rithmic is simply not supplying the historical data that you are looking for. The only solution really is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you want delayed data, that is only supported with SC Data-All Services.
