"Error downloading historical Intraday data for Q0Z21-COMEX. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: comex" Last day of data for QOZ21 is 9/16. Haven't been able to download data for this market since then. Other COMEX data (GC, QO, SIL) downloads without issue. Please advise. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
