My data now says DELAYED - Even though I just renewed my live market data monthly

So today at the first of the month data all of a sudden says delayed. So I went and bought the NYMEX NON-professional market depth since I trade CL and have a separate live trading account with Tradovate.

It still says DELAYED.

Now the problem is Sierra chart staff manually themselves verified my live trading account which was with Tradovate, so it was done on their end.. So I don't know how to "briefly connect to it" since it was done on your end, I can provide you a pdf statement from today to show you I am still active in my live trading account.

Please verify it as soon as you can or tell me how I can do this myself, thanks - Will attach todays pdf statement

I have this same issue. Though it doesn't show "DELAYED" on Eurex products. Only CME group. It doesn't even seem like it's delayed though, it just says it. Odd.

UPDATE: I went ahead and shut down and restarted all instances and it's sorted out.

Good morning, same issue on my platform. My system notification message advises that I have no exchanges enabled for renewal on Denali. I just paid and all exchanges show active on my account page. Thanks.

Regarding post #4, you need to activate the exchanges you require here:

Apparently they did not renew for October. Maybe the Services Balance was not sufficient enough.
