You can AND in a comparison that is obviously false. Therefore, your example will look like this: =AND(0,OR(ID3.SG4 <= 32000,ID3.SG4>=35000)) Sierra Chart Support Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-03-26 18:09:00

You did not answer the question. Which is: How do I comment out ANY code that I want to leave in the alert condition but NOT use (make it ignorable) while using another line of code?
