Unable to place orders on Dax

Hello,

I've created an account with AMP using CQG for execution and Denali for my data. I've been able to place orders on the US indexes NQ, YM but not on the Dax I have asked AMP and they said that it's not a problem on their hand and I should have enough money for the margin. When I try to place my order on the DOM I got the following error message:

“Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Order request rejected. Please contact customer support.[Order parameters are invalid]. Internal Order ID: 2705. Service Order ID: 1580646314. Symbol: F.US.DDZ21. Account: 143507 | 2021-09-23 10:23:52.919 *”

Could you help me with the situation,

CQG will know exactly what the problem is. Your broker should contact CQG and give them the Service Order ID.

Order request rejected. Please contact customer support.[Order parameters are invalid].
We think this error relates to either the Order Type, or the Time in Force not being allowed by the EUREX. Documentation for Trade Window settings for these:
