Need Assistance Setting Up SC for Order Flow Charting

Hello, I recently opened a SC account and am having trouble figuring out exactly what service package is required to enable me to use Sierra's order flow chart studies. The initial delayed data, free demo account that I setup with Sierra allowed me to easily use the order flow (Number Bars chart study, et. al.) studies. I wanted to upgrade to real-time data though so I tried, unsuccessfully, to subscribe to paid data packages but all of the subscriptions I put into place took away my ability to use this functionality. Can you please advise what I have to do/subscribe to to be able to use the above mentioned functionality in a real-time data environment? Please let me know what SC subscriptions / live trading accounts are necessary to make this happen. Thank you!!

In order to use the Numbers Bars study you need to be on the Advanced Package. Since you are also using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you would need to be on Package 11 or 12. Right now you are on Package 10, which is the Standard + Denali Data Feed Fee - You should be on Package 11 unless you want the MBO information, in which case you would want Package 12. You will find the information on the packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
