Used amp clearing to fund with cqg sierra charts option. Before this I could not go live currently I cannot go live. I have screenshots of what I have currently. When selecting cqg or cme account none will give me any live data. My ES footprint now wont show any more data realtime nor will the chart update. When I load my chart it says symbol unknown. I cannot get out of sim account either. How do I get started trading with these errors? I have submitted screenshots for reference what should I do from here to go live with my balance posted that I have transferred into this account? Thank you.
