5yr US Treaasury Notes (Globex) issue

Hi, I've been trying to switch some of my charts to the symbol F.US.FVAZ21 for 5yr US Treaasury Note Futures on Globex but no data is loading. It gives me a Delayed message in the task bar at the top and I thought based on the services I'm signed up for that I should be able to view F.US.FVAZ21 delayed data. I'm wondering this is correct or if it's correct that nothing is showing? It gives me a blank screen on each chart with just a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom. Thanks, Cian |

The delayed data does not work when you have a connection to a trading service (CQG in your case). If you want to see the delayed data for this symbol, you would need to have a second Sierra Chart installation which has the Service set to SC Data - All Services. As long as this installation is on the same computer, you will also get the real-time data from the Denali feed to it. There would be no extra costs involved in this setup.
