Unavailability of Symbols when Using Sierra Chart Package 3 in a

Hi there,

I had a new Pc here. After installing sierra chart in my new Pc, I found that lots of symbols are not available as compared to my old Pc. Pls help. Tx.

For example, symbol #E6 & ^EURUSD were unavailable.

Yup, currently I am subscribed to PACKAGE 3 Sierra Chart Historical Daily and Intraday Data Service.

My old PC runs just fine. But not my new PC. I did not run them simultaneously though....
