I signed up for SC free 15-day trial and I wanted to integrate it with Rithmic. However, following the Connection instructions, I don't see the options to select in the >Server List in >Data/Trade Service Settings. I am unable to do anything at this point. Is there something that you need to activate on your end?

No, there is nothing we need to do on our end. Did you follow through these Setup Instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service If the issue is related to the Server list, then note in Step #7 it tells you to exit the Data/Trade Service Settings after selecting the Rithmic Direct - DTC service, as the system needs to get the server information from Rithmic and it can take a few minutes.
