No, there is nothing we need to do on our end. Did you follow through these Setup Instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service If the issue is related to the Server list, then note in Step #7 it tells you to exit the Data/Trade Service Settings after selecting the Rithmic Direct - DTC service, as the system needs to get the server information from Rithmic and it can take a few minutes.
