What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

You did not go through all of the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Simply changing to Package 10 is just one part.

Since you are wanting data from both the CME Group and EUREX, you will first follow these setup instructions for the CME Group:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

After you complete that, then you will follow these instructions to get the data for EUREX:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_EUREX

If you want to get the data from us, then you will need to go through the Setup Instructions as we have outlined them above, which includes signing the forms for the data feeds.

Refer to the following for a definition of Market Depth:
Sierra Chart Nomenclature: Market Depth

It's hard for us to tell you what to select, as it all depends on your trading style and what information you need to see. The main item being the Market Depth, and a secondary item being what symbols you need to see data for. If you do need the Market Depth then we need the answer to the second question in order to point you to the lowest cost options. Or you can just activate the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, which will give you all the data from the CME Group with Market Depth for $31.20 per month.

The one thing we can say is that if you do not need the Market Depth data, then you should just activate the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts, which will give you all the data from the CME Group without the Market Depth for just $3.25 per month.

Service package 10, includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed. And you must be on this Service Package to receive EUREX data from any other source.

It is recommended that you obtain data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed and to do that you have to pay the exchange fees through Sierra Chart instead of your broker.

However, at this time there is not a requirement for that and you can continue to get data from the external source you are using.

Friend, you get the charts you want by selecting the package you want.

2nd, if you use your broker's data feed, you set up the charts to be powered by that feed. You paid for X number of months to use Sierra Charts, which can be powered with data via Denali, or your broker's data feed (if it is compatible). There are various reasons someone might want to use Denali data, in lieu of or in tandem with their broker's data feed.

3rd, if you selected a package that includes the charts & Denali data feed, you also need to complete some agreements & select the exchanges you need to trade the instruments/symbols you trade.

4th, when selecting the exchanges, there are many options you need to decide for yourself, depending on what you need, & your budget. For example- do you want the CME to trade the ES? Then, you need to choose from top of book, or depth of market. You also need to identify yourself in this process as a non-professional or professional. It looks like you trade a variety of instruments that are on different exchanges. All of the exchanges have separate exchange fees, & there needs to be a balance on your account with Sierra to cover them monthly, for the duration of your subscription.

Simply paying for Package 10 does not mean you're ready to fire up the charts & go.

Powering Sierra Charts with Denali does not automatically mean you are trading through to your broker via Sierra Charts. There are steps for that, with order routing, if you DO wish to do so.

Although all of these moving parts can be confusing when reading the documentation- it might take reading them slowly & carefully, & perhaps more than one time, to understand how all of this is structured. But you can do it if you try.

Lastly, once a month it is required to log on to your broker through Sierra Chart in order for Denali service to stay active. So you just log on, then you can log back into Denali & you're good for another month.

Hope that helps.

I pay for my data to my brooker TransAct. not Sierra and i don't want to change it

The only data i need from sierra is for the charts!!!

So For this i don't need to do anything?

So I Don't need to sign nothing and activate nothing and all the charts data i need is included in Packege 10?

We recognize that there is a language issue here, but unfortunately you are contradicting yourself, which makes it hard for us to know what exactly you need. In the above statement, you say that you are getting data from TransAct, but that you need data from Sierra.

With regards to the Sierra Chart software, are you getting data from TransAct? Are you setup to connect to TransAct within your Sierra Chart software?

We are confused i get it

i am trading trough Transact and use your Charts

I enter Sierra Charts trough Transact

I open the TransAct DOM and then the sierra charts open automaticly

I am doing This for months and I want it to continue this way

i used to Pay 26$ for my packege

For some reason you asked me to pay for packege 10 for Denali if i want to continue getting EUREX even if i get the data from transact.

I did That

So now tell me what to do?

It sounds like at least you're getting much closer to sorting this out.

It also sounds like you do not need the Denali data feed (i.e., Package 10), with your SC subscription; however, I do not know enough about TransAct or EUREX data to confidently confirm that. Sierra Chart or TransAct will help you figure that out. It might be that because you need EUREX data, & TransAct doesn't support that feed, then you need a data feed that does.

If you had no problem trading EUREX before with TransAct data- then perhaps you made a mistake in selecting Package 10 upon renewal. Check with TransAct if something changed regarding their support of EUREX data.

I will not reply anymore, b/c I do not know anything about TransAct or EUREX exchange data, & I think I've offered all the help I can.

Best wishes in sorting this out, but it seems you're almost there.

Ok, now we understand what is happening.

You do not need to worry about setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed any further. We have deactivated the exchanges that you did activate.

You can continue to get your data from TransAct. To ensure that you are getting it from TransAct, we want you to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. Then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.

It is necessary for you to be on Package 10 in order to get the EUREX data from TransAct. That is all you need to do, is be on Package 10. You do not need to do anything further (apart from the above). For more information on the requirement to be on Package 10, refer to the following:

Yes, we have taken care of what you had selected. Just make the one change to the setting we specified above to ensure you are getting your data from TransAct.

With regards to that message about the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you can just ignore it.

No, we are telling you to do that since you had activated a couple of the exchanges for the Denali feed. This is necessary in order to ensure that you are getting all your data from TransAct instead of some from us and some from them, etc.
