The choice for the Current Selected Service is dependent on what trading service you are using. If you are not connecting to a trading service with your Sierra Chart, then you would want to leave the Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services, which is the default setting. This will allow you to get the data from us (including delayed streaming data from the CME Group and EUREX).

i don't really sure what r u saying... i want to get all the data service from sierra chart to see real time and level2 data.
i attached pic file of my recurring services, as u can see beside package 5 i payed for the real time and i think for the level2 data.
what i'm missing?
i need to pay for anything else?
i need connect to other service?(i'm now connect to " SC Data - All Services")?
maybe i need to connect to "Denali Exchange Data Feed"?
does "Denali Exchange Data Feed" is " SC Data - All Services" ?

i will appreciate your Unser, i really don't know what to do to get the data i need

Are you going to use Sierra Chart to actually place trades? If so, what broker are you using for your trading?

i'm not (not for now anyway) going to place my order with sierra chart to place trades.
i just want the data from your charts to place my order in my broker software (interactive brokers), if it is matter to your question.
any way i have all data (real time and level 2 ) i need from my broker.
(i try to connect my broker Through sierra charts, but i get the same data without the level 2)

You have signed up to get the U.S. Equities data from us (Sierra Chart) through our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. That data does NOT include the Level 2 Market Depth data. If you want to have the Level 2 data, you will have to get that data from Interactive Brokers for the time being (we are working on a new interface that will have this data, but it is still a few months away).

Therefore, you will want to connect your Sierra Chart to Interactive Brokers. Follow these instructions to do this:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions

You will then need to set the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No.

After this, you will be getting the data from Interactive Brokers.

Note that you will then want to cancel the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Be sure you go through and deactivate the exchange and the connection so you do not pay for the data twice.

i done what u told me

beside that i dont know what is the problem, i get live data but not level 2 data to the dom ( i attached pictures of what i done, please check them and tell me what i miss

We do not provide technical support for level 2 data from Interactive Brokers. We do not provide support for any Interactive Brokers data issues at all. Refer to:

Understand once again, we will provide no help at all, for getting level 2 data from Interactive Brokers. None at all. It is not going to help to ask again. We will not respond.

i'm trying to get from you solution to fix my problem, which is significant for me to continue and pay to your progarm sierra chart every month.
what can i do to fix it? (change broker?reset the program? some one from your support team which can help me by connect my data to understand what is the problem?)

What we can do for you, is put your Sierra Chart account on hold by refunding the most recent payment to your Services Balance and then when we have our new NASDAQ data feed with market depth data available later this year, then you can continue Sierra Chart at that time.

Right now we have no other solution for you.
