I have several problems with this futures, a messages appears that is not allowed this symbol.

When I was in the trial version I could see everything in a quick an timely manner, now I paid for the number 5 pack and I can see it as well or not at all.

Also how do I change the time zone?

Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to "SC Data-All Services".

And then translate the symbols:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
